\nYou can communicate the number of persons\/participants until 10 days before the sailing date at the latest. Small changes of up to 10% of the number of persons\/participants known to us can be communicated to us up to 3 days before the sailing date. This number is binding as a minimum for the final invoice. <\/p>\n

Deployment of sloops<\/strong><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to make our own arrangement of the sloops. We take into account your group size and the requests we receive. All our boats can be covered in case of rain. <\/p>\n

Liability<\/strong>
\nVaren in Utrecht.nl cannot be held liable for personal injury or damage of any kind, regardless of the cause, prior to, during or as a result of the cruise. Exception to this is the legal obligation to pay damages by demonstrable intent or gross negligence by Varen in Utrecht.nl. The legal compensation is limited to a maximum of the boat rent of the cruise concerned. Children are the responsibility of the parents. <\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>
\nThe boat rental must be paid no later than 10 days before the sailing date, by bank transfer to our ING account. If there are fewer of you and you have informed us in time, we will return the amount to your account. You can change the number of persons until 3 days before the cruise date by e-mail. The boat rental must be paid before departure, by transfer to our bank account. <\/p>\n

Price Changes
<\/strong>Price changes occurring between the time the agreement is concluded and the time it is executed shall not affect the agreed price.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong>
\nThe client may cancel the order confirmation by written and dated notice to Varen in Utrecht.nl. If you cancel more than 1 month before the sailing date you will owe 25% of the total boat rental, within 1 month 50%. If you cancel within 14 days before the sailing day you will owe the full boat rental. No cancellation fee is due in case of very bad weather conditions, this means storm combined with prolonged heavy rainfall. In consultation we can then set a new date. <\/p>\n

Safety<\/strong>
\nDuring the cruise, the skipper reserves the right to interrupt the cruise and or deviate from the agreed route if, in his opinion, irresponsible\/unsafe situations occur or are not acted upon in accordance with the conditions. The use of confetti, fireworks, rice etc. is not allowed on board. No trash may be thrown overboard. <\/p>\n

Alcohol on board<\/strong>
\nPersons who are under the influence of alcohol at the start of the trip will be denied access to the boat. In case of misbehavior, whether or not caused by alcohol consumption, the skipper has the right to interrupt or end the tour immediately, without refund of the boat rental or costs of a package on board. The rules of conduct on the water of the municipality of Utrecht apply to all our trips. Urinating in public is strictly forbidden. Without further warning, the tour will be terminated immediately. <\/p>\n
